IMMA TYPE THIS IN CAPS BECAUSE I FEEL LIKE IT. day twenty-one: Boom shakalaka
I stepped on my scale this morning. Same exact weight as yesterday. Stepped on it a few seconds later. One pound heavier. Cradled an almost empty gallon of bleach to my stomach, stepped on the scale. 4 pounds heavier. Stepped on it again without the bleach. Same weight as yesterday.

flax meal = god send
I bought some flax meal tonight. God bless it! Low carb, high fiber. A miracle food.
I used it along with Parmesan cheese to coat some catfish. I fried all that up in bacon grease leftover from breakfast. I slice up some tomato and cheddar cheese and went to town. YES, I can lose weight this way! And I do!

I weighed in at 199.6lbs today! For a total weight loss of -9.4lbs.
I AM UNDER 200. And sooo close to losing my first ten pounds!

day fourteen: chi chi chillin
No change in weight. At least I don’t think so. I need a new freaking scale. I have to beat mine and reset it to actually get it to register properly. Sometimes it tells me the same weight over and over even if I know my pants weigh more than when I weighed naked. It’s irritating. Luckily my boyfriend works at best buy and I can make him invest in a decent one with a decent discount.

day thirteen: i'm not even really sure if it's day...

day ten: is it really day ten?
Well.
Feeling very disenchanted. Not because of my lack of weight loss, per se. I gained back that .2lbs and I am back at 203.2lbs. I am just in the throes of that time BEFORE THE TIME OF THE MONTH. My mood is shit. My energy is shit. I am all crampy and bloaty and heartburny.
But, that’s life.
And all things considered (especially with my history) I am doing fairly well not crashing and...

Well, not happy with my weigh-in this morning. I weighed in at 203.2lbs. That’s a 4oz gain. Not a super big deal. But I am pretty sure my TOM is on the horizon which means the next one or two weeks will be misery (fuck PMDD, yo.).
I gain a lot of weight during this time, I get tired, irritable, easily depressed and anxious and I usually eat my weight in food everyday. Buuuut, I gotta suck...

I have to say that the vast amount of pro-ana and thinspo blogs littering tumblr is fucking depressing and makes my chest tight, but I am going to have to accept this bullshit as inevitability. This is a lifestyle change, not a short term fix to lose 40lbs in a couple of months. I’m not starving myself, i’ve chosen to eat healthier foods, and that’s what i’ll sick to.

Anyway.
I realized I didn’t post yesterday’s (1/14/11) weigh-in. I weighed in at exactly 204lb making my weight loss total exactly -5lb.
Today’s weight was 202.8 making my total weight loss -6.2lb.
Hooray! I am very pleased with these results especially since I wasn’t able to make it to the gym the past two days because of my dumb car which fortunately my boyfriend is...
