Day four: Ugh.
As far as eating goes, not a bad day but work is kicking my ass and my car decided to die this morning so no gym and I feel horrible about it. Now I’m just tired. Better update tomorrow. No change weight today.

SUP, TUMBLR? Just got home from work. Long day. Did my daily weigh-in this morning around the usual time. Weighed in at 204.4lbs for a total -4.6lb loss since Monday. Yeah.
