new gym! and also march goals
So I’ve been a member of 24hr fitness and recently I’ve been hating it. They over extend their membership and there is absolutely no cap. It soooo crowded, most of the staff are rude and condescending, the parking is horrible, the treadmills are broken ALL THE TIME, and I almost collide with people on a regular basis and only receive dirty looks. It is also dirty.

TWO non scale victories this weekend.
Went home to see my parents for the first time in a few months and my mother more than noticed my weight loss. My dashboard is far too quiet at 4 in the morning.

I’m up down on weight but on an average down, slow but good.
However, I am very much improving my cardio.
I have upped my intensity on the elliptical recently. I’ve gone from 11 to 12 in intensity and to the 12-18 range on the elliptical from the 11-17 range, burning about 20 more calories on average. I do this for thirty minutes and then I do the treadmill.

i can eat PANCAAAKES
omfg. I made low-carb pancakes and it was easy and they taste amazing.
I tinkered with the one-minute-muffin recipe and instead of microwaving the batter, I fried up some flapjacks in a griddle greased with butter.
I topped the pancakes with mascarpone (which I have never tried before), homemade mixed berry syrup (made with splenda), and whip cream.

I think I am back.
The weekend was an emotional shit-show. Also a food shit-show. And I GAAAAAINED.
Seriously, I gained around 4lbs in two days. Water weight mostly, but hey. It is seriously too easy to ruin progress. I got up to almost 204lbs! IN TWO DAAAAYS.
Come Monday, started detoxing, trying to get myself back in ketosis. Just eating clean and drinking a lot of fluids. Sweating...

My boyfriend made me low-carb pizza without me having to even ask. He doesn’t cook much having decided that since I am a “superior” cook, that I should do it.
I’m not gonna lie, I am better. lolz.
