My boyfriend made me low-carb pizza without me having to even ask. He doesn’t cook much having decided that since I am a “superior” cook, that I should do it.

IMMA TYPE THIS IN CAPS BECAUSE I FEEL LIKE IT. day twenty-one: Boom shakalaka
I stepped on my scale this morning. Same exact weight as yesterday. Stepped on it a few seconds later. One pound heavier. Cradled an almost empty gallon of bleach to my stomach, stepped on the scale. 4 pounds heavier. Stepped on it again without the bleach. Same weight as yesterday.

flax meal = god send
I bought some flax meal tonight. God bless it! Low carb, high fiber. A miracle food.
I used it along with Parmesan cheese to coat some catfish. I fried all that up in bacon grease leftover from breakfast. I slice up some tomato and cheddar cheese and went to town. YES, I can lose weight this way! And I do!

Just got back from the gym. Good times.
Was cruising and heave-hoing on the elliptical, doing my thang at my usual intensity and incline.
This guy jumps on the elliptical next to me. He starts at an intensity and incline lower than mine.
I see him glance over at me and my elliptical.
Once. Twice.
He ups his intensity a few above mine.

Yeah.
Shitty week emotionally and physically. I didn’t feel inclined to make my followers read about it. My weight has been jumping up and down two pounds for days now. I’m still in shark week (I finally figured out what that meant!) so I suppose that could be a contributing factor.
